Villa Turchese is a modern villa located in Forte dei Marmi along the Coast of Versilia.
Guests of this stunning Italian villa can enjoy incredible mountain views and fresh sea breezes all. Just minutes from the downtown of Forte dei Marmi, the villa looks down to the well known Viale Italico with its long, sandy golden beaches. Villa Turchese is also situated just a few minutes drive from La Spezia where a regular ferry service can take you to the Cinque Terre National Park (world Heritage site protected by Unesco), a haven of luxuriant nature with a clear, uncontaminated sea.

The swimming pool enjoys the sun from its first timid rays in the morning to when it slowly sets over Punta Bianca illuminating the surrounding sea with a stunning array of vibrant colors.

Villa Turchese also offers excellent options for alfresco lounging and dining. Indoors, you will find television, and Wi-Fi access. During your stay, you can arrange to experience local culture firsthand at a cooking lesson, wine tasting or see the Tuscan Marble hills on jeep tour. Bring your clubs for a round at the golf course, a 3-minute drive away. If you tire of lounging by the pool or simply want to enjoy dinner in a different setting, the beach is only a 10-minute walk.

Villa Turchese is a brand new villa with 9 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, perfect for large groups of friends and family.
The house is divided into two units, to ensure privacy for friends or family who may join you during your stay. The upstairs unit has 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, on two floors, with private front and rear entrances. The downstairs unit has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, located entirely on the ground floor.

Cancellation
Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 60days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities prior to allowing their access to the facilities. In order to facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number etc.), a copy of the passport and the authorization to hold these details in accordance to law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement.
2.000 euros of security deposit will be required upon check in.
450 euros of cleaning fee will be required upon check in.
For late check in (after 8 pm) an extra cost of 50,00 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
